The architectural layout was meticulously crafted to balance tranquil private quarters with highly engaging communal areas, ensuring the home feels both expansive and deeply intimate.

Challenge
The primary architectural challenge lay in balancing the practical need for distinct functional zones with the client's strong desire for uninterrupted family connectivity. Traditional home layouts often isolate the kitchen, but the client explicitly wanted to avoid this. The task for SKA Architects was to engineer a layout that integrated the kitchen with the main living areas seamlessly, managing aspects like sightlines, lighting, and spatial flow without making the open spaces feel cluttered or entirely devoid of boundaries.
Impact
By introducing the custom semi-open partition, we completely transformed the daily living experience for the family. The design successfully dismantled the physical barriers that typically separate family members, turning routine activities like cooking into shared, inclusive experiences. The space now breathes and flows naturally. Furthermore, the precise architectural planning combined with After Vision Studio's photorealistic visualizations eliminated any guesswork. The final built environment perfectly mirrored the digital promise, resulting in a deeply personalized, functional home that actively nurtures the family's bond.
